You’ll enjoy fusion Japanese savouries such as beef tataki, fused traditional Japanese style with edgy modern sophistication. Sip exotic teas while enjoying elegant fusion Japanese sweet treats.

Many of the delicacies on offer are exclusively found at Ginza Miyako.

Ginza Miyako blends Japanese cuisine with French influence in a fine dining environment. Emphasis is on highlighting the freshness and flavour of Japanese cuisine with French cooking techniques using fresh SA food produce.
There are many items on the menu that are vegetarian/ vegan-friendly.

These menus are for dine-in only, not valid for hotel in-room dining.
